Russia in Peace Politiikka ja hallinto

I know what it's like to have aggressive dogs live next to me from the neighbors. It's an aggression that the owners wanted to impose on me because they were paranoid and haters and stigmatized me. .I am not the aggressor and did not provoke illegal trespassing like some think is a good idea. As long as they stayed in their yard how is anyone to be at fault?

@Igor Samarsky
I might be naive because I think different.
But..one other question: why so afraid of the NATO expansion?
Why do you think the NATO wants to expand just to destroy "mother Russia"? Its like...well I guess it is like if a family member does something you dont like. Do you hate the family member imeaditly because you think he wants to hurt you?? Sometimes change can be hurtful...but necessary.
And I am talking about change concerning nazism only. There are other threats -like "leaders for lifetime"- too.
And yes you will say I sound naive again: but yeah the metaphor family member fits. Because at the end of the day we ALL are human beings. Members of the same species/family. And we shouldn't fight our family.....
That is what animals do in nature

I am afraid you will not think about my words so yeah...nonetheless it was important to me to say them.
Have a safe day

A war with Ukraine is a pre-emptive strike for a non-existent threat. Just because of another political point of view is presented, somehow Russia has to lose the line between military aggression towards them and political aggression. The reason why the world is condemning Russia for the war Russia lied about not wanting to start is because it had nothing to do with politics and never had a legitimate need to influence politics to another's doorstep.

Childish babbling.

Russia is a dog-stricken neighbor. A neighbor with dogs is NATO. Instead of hiding the dogs away from the neighbor's fence, he buys new dogs and doesn't clean up the old ones. It's a copy of NATO.

Girl ! Did you follow the developments before the military operation began? Or were you asleep after another drink at the bar and only woke up yesterday?
To answer an adult question, study the question you are writing about.
Russia tried a hundred times to stop NATO and the USA!

@Igor: well I dont drink alcohol because my grandmother was an addict and I know how it can ruin your life. Thus I am very much into sports so alcohol isnt good for training too😉
And well...I didnt follow each and any news about the developments. I am human too I cant follow every news existing. But then please. Explain me how Russia tried to stop NATO and the "enemy" USA. Didn't they try to stop them with "tough talk"?
I know. Sometimes you need hard talks. But not from the beginning.

I am so sorry for you. Really.
Believe me. Some of my ancestors got into hate too. My parents saw how the "cold war" nearly destroyed all of us. Think about it: if a conflict between two countries destroys ALL of us...because of nuclear weapons e.g.... what about YOUR life?? You will be gone then too.

We -the young people- dont wanna express our hate against Russia.
We wanna express our hate against hate.

The most important thing now is that we do not take Berlin out of habit and inertia! ::🙂)))
And also. Go to Interpals.net and there you will find friends of your age!

I agree, Jenny. There may be Nazis in Ukraine who do bad things. There are - this is known - also saboteurs. And there are pro-Russia people. But is it legitimate to march into a country and kill innocent people because of that? I say quite clearly: No. Because that is a crime.
That's only part of the problem and a kind of casus belli. Fail of communication, threats and lies from US/NATO (Yugoslavia getting obliterated and creation of Kosovo, military bases and equipments near the border of Russia, war in Iraq, Libya...), illegal sanctions toward Russia, especially on Nord Stream2; pushed Russia to war as nobody wants to submit to its demands of having a council in Europe regarding peace and making Ukrain a kind buffer area by having it neutral and demelitarized.
For sure, RUssia also is an imperialist country just like the US or China to mention them only, and is far to be a saint, but yet, the war and all the propaganda around it makes it a huge mess to find reliable informations.

NATO had no reason to keep existing after the USSR collapsed yet still is existing. It anihilated Yugoslavia for the sake of being... socialist on fake assumptions of genocide. It built ant-missile equipment near Russia arguing they are used to counter Iran (plot twist, Iran didn't have the technology to reach the US) and anoher load of crap.
As for asking why would Russia think NATO is a threat, just ask US why did they think that Nicaragua was a threat.

Concerning "leader for a lifetime", it's only a threat for people who praise democracy like if it was an immaculate model... To this, I'd say that it is better to have a lifetime leader who is competent and working for its people rather than having a corrupted dude you change every 5 years who will work for the interest of multinationals and banks just like in the West, and especially EU (if you don't know, Strasbourg and Brussels buildings belonging to EU are surrounded with buildings of lobbies).

The mentality of the Russian people
-------------------------------
The fact is that this whole mess started because Europe broke the agreement not to expand NATO to the east. Putin understood that if Ukraine joined NATO, an attack on Crimea would begin and NATO nuclear missiles would be deployed in Ukraine. Putin realized that Europe had decided to simply break all US-style treaties. America needs a local war not on its own territory. Remember - all previous US presidents have opened local wars, starting with Yugoslavia, etc. Iraq, Libya, Syria...Biden, at the behest of the Pentagon, needs this local war. He came up with a political move with the expansion of NATO. And it worked.
Personally, I don't like Putin for his domestic policy. But when Russia is surrounded by nuclear missiles in the NATO system, the Russian mentality is triggered. The Russian people instantly rally around the leader to repel an external threat.
This has been going on since the Crusaders invaded ancient Russia.
Russians, including me, we support Putin's foreign policy. We are, for the most part, active patriots. We forget all the bad things at the moment of danger - low wages and pensions, wild inflation, unemployment, etc.
Putin had only one option. He took advantage of the situation in Donbass (the 8-year war of the people of Donbass for independence from Ukraine). Putin immediately recognized the people of Donbass as a sovereign state and immediately concluded a military alliance with them as a state to protect them from Ukraine. Just like he did in Syria. Legally, Putin did the right thing. He started the war at the request of the independent states of Donetsk and Lugansk to protect the Russian people in the Donbas. Putin wants to destroy Nazism in Ukraine and make Ukraine a neutral state like Switzerland. Then all attempts by NATO to move to the east will be automatically eliminated. The Constitution of Ukraine will be changed, a national referendum will be held, the president of Ukraine will be changed.

Now Putin has developed counter-sanctions against the European Union, against the United States, which harm the EU and the United States. This concerns the banking sector, space, officials and politicians in the EU and the United States. This is only 30% of the entire set of countermeasures. These measures are absolutely mirror measures. The West and the United States "got into a puddle."
The EU is now trying to "save face" in this quagmire of sanctions. Europe has realized that as soon as Putin closes the gas and oil tap by at least 10% as a countermeasure, Europe's economy will be under threat. Europe realized that, being a "mutt", the United States costs more and does not know how to escape from the trap into which the United States has driven it. It is America that benefits most from this mess. That was the plan.
But if Putin asks China to support him in putting pressure on the United States, including with the help of Chinese sanctions, taking advantage of China's passionate desire for Taiwan, that's where the black hole for Biden and all his satellites will begin.
Biden will turn on the money printing press for the dollar. This will automatically cause wild inflation, which will be at the level of the Russian one.
Americans will shout because America is ruled by the law - "the dollar decides everything." An increase in the price of gasoline by $ 1 will lead to a wave of protests in the United States. Biden will be automatically impeached. US industrial magnates are now suffering losses. But the military lobby makes super profits. There will be a "misunderstanding" between the industrial magnates and the US military lobby. Automatically, Trump, as the leader of the industrial lobby, becomes active. And in the wake of American "popular unrest", Trump will have a chance to be re-elected president.
And since he had previously found a common language with Putin, with the support of the US industrial lobby, this chance will fully come into play this year. Europe will finally understand that blindly following US policy is a dead end and dangerous path. German Chancellor Merkel proved it. German Chancellor Scholz, will repeat the fate of Hitler.

Just like Putin realizing that his pseudo liberation of Ukraine is not working as he hoped, Igor is delirious. The Russian mentality has unfortunately been subjected for centuries to the whims of cruel, megalomaniac and unscrupulous tyrants. The total submission of the people to power is a constant in Russian history. The latest law enacted by Putin and voted en bloc by the Russian parliament provides for penalties of up to fifteen years in prison if the word war is used instead of special operation. Even children or very old people were arrested. I hope that someone around him ends up bringing his mind to a Putin who is increasingly out of touch with reality. Otherwise this mental illness would be able to drop atomic bombs on millions of innocent people.

In short it is what I agree nato and USA's fault, do not induct Ukrain or threaten to, how would you feel if you have cruise missiles of another unfriendly country next to you like India and Pakistan, it creates a sence of uneasiness. Has Russia been doing the same for USA, no. BUT that Does NOT mean that Putin's antics are right.

@Igor: well...to be honest... I dont know what to say anymore. You were the one who started this discussion, asking for our opinions. But you somehow don't care for them. So if you dont wanna hear opinions against yours and dont wanna get angry about lazy, naive girls...I reommend you to stop using the Internet. Remember too much anger isnt good for the heart...😉
And concerning your opinion -my last words-: as a young woman who wants to have a future...
I hope you will feel sad and desperate because of further wars and aggression (and Putin will cause them, trust me). Because they will sooner or later touch your country, you and your beloved ones too.
And I hope you will die. Die of fear. The fear that a dictator can cause while you will not be allowed to say anything.. not knowing if what you say or berate is liked by the Kreml. Or will bring you to prison...
Believe me we here in Germany know such feelings and such crazy leaders from the past. Thats why we are worried... But you need to live with it. Though....

So I know this sounds harsh but.. yeah I think I showed that I really tried... and I dont know what else to say anymore.
Take care

AnnKay muokkasi tätä .

I think we can take a break. Have some Coca Cola. Do you think President Putin can't think of everything you think? You are so capable, why don't you go to Russia to be president? The world will become peaceful under your rule.

@GoldenJD: I dont write the things I write to Show I can do everything better. I write them to say: "Wake up!! What is happening there is wrong."
Believe me I dont like writing that way. But...some things just need to said.

Resources of Russia. Who does this bother ?
------------------------------------------------------
Where do wars come from ?
To understand this, it is necessary to delve into history.
The fact is that initially Europe believed that Russia possessed natural resources illegally. Oil, gas, metals, gold, diamonds, timber, minerals, water - Siberia has it all. And this is the territory of Russia. From time immemorial, Europe has tried various methods to capture this from Russia. Including the method of attack and wars. Europe believes that Russia has no right to dispose of these resources alone. Russia was backward and had to serve the West as a colony.
This lasted until 1917.
When the Communists seized power in Russia, Europe and the United States realized that resources had run away from them.
They tried to seize resources by force and organized a civil war in Russia.
In 1918 , the Entente countries ( USA and England ) They invaded the territory of Russia and positioned their troops along the entire length of the railway from Murmansk to Siberia. But they did not succeed in this adventure either.
Even then, the communist leader Lenin was able to organize a military rebuff to the Entente. In 1922, the civil war ended. For the existence of a free Soviet republic, it took the death of 3 million people. The West and the USA connected Hitler. To do this, the banking clans of the USA, Morgan and Rockefeller - financed Germany and rehabilitated it to fight the USSR after Germany's defeat in the First World War.
But even here their action failed. But it took more than 20 million lives of Russian people to do this. Since then, the West and the United States have been trying to destroy Russia by various methods. They developed the Allen Dulles doctrine - "the destruction of Russia from within" and this doctrine is still working.
And they do it with the persistence and tenacity of a donkey.
Soviet leader Stalin turned Russia into a nuclear power. Russia's atomic bomb has cooled the ardor of American strategists. But they did not calm down and developed tactics for conducting color revolutions, and this tactic began to bring them success.
The USSR ceased to exist. But the Russian people have not ceased to exist, whose mentality is fundamentally different from the Western and American.
Americans are still using this tactic in many countries around the world. This tactic of theirs works with varying success. Somewhere she is successful. She's failing somewhere. Europe, because of the hegemony of the United States and American ambitions, is a political appendage of the United States. Europe, despite its alleged independence, has a lever for executing all US orders.
When the leaders of Europe realized this, they tried to improve relations with Russia.
There was a period in the history of mankind, which was called the "thaw". It was from the 70s to the 90s. Europe organized mutually beneficial trade with Russia and lived quietly.
But the subversive work of the United States continued.
Russia's resources muddied the minds of American strategists.
America realized that by organizing local wars (the Arab East, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria) she won't be able to solve the resource problem.
The United States decided to change its tactics to a more aggressive one with the help of Europe. The whole philosophy of the United States regarding the conduct of wars is the rules of warfare not on its own territory.
War for the United States is primarily a source of extra profits. And human resources are not important here.
But then the Asian mentality intervened. The Chinese Communists were able to deceive the United States . They jumped to the first place everywhere - economy, space, technology and automatically turned into enemy No. 1 for the United States.
While Russia was at war with the United States using the "cold war" method, China captured half of the world on "soft paws". Both in terms of population and economy.
Now no country in the world can get rid of Chinese goods . Including the USA. Africa is half bought up by the Chinese and African resources are working for the benefit of China.
So it could happen with the Resources of Siberia. Putin caught himself in time and put the "work" of the oligarchs of Russia under the control of the state. The oligarchs plundered Russia, and sold the stolen goods to China. China temporarily retreated, and focused on seizing territories and resources in other countries, including Oceania.
Now the alliance with Russia is beneficial to China.
He is now beneficial to Russia in protecting itself from NATO's attempts to surround Russia and bring it economically to its knees before the United States and Europe.

The West and the United States still cannot understand that the Russian people are capable of mass self-sacrifice in order to preserve Russia. Homeland for Russian people is not an empty sound. Homeland for Russians is Freedom and independence from anyone, in this capitalist world of predators.
-----------------------------
PS.This is not Putin's antics. These are the conclusions of history. Before giving moral teachings, you should at least study history a little.

I see here again and again that no reasonable dispute is possible. Each "side" insists on its opinion based on subjective perception. Each "side" accuses the other "side". It is an outrage culture.

The reasons for the war are in the past. Both sides (East and West) and the events in Ukraine have led to it. A big problem with it: NATO expansion to the east. And extremists in Ukraine. I agree with here Igor on many points. I have done a lot of research in the last few days. But not with the opinion: The Russians do everything right, those in the West do everything wrong. The Russians are innocent, those in the West are guilty. I suspect he has personally had too bad an experience with extremists in Ukraine. That makes it hard for him to to differentiate. And I understand that, too.

I don't see any possibility for dialogue here, and I blank me out.
