Cali most defiantly. NYC is not great. It's the worst place ever! it's extremely depressing and over crowded. I will never go back to New York, I'd take my small town in MN than that city any day.

Eh, I don't like either. I dislike the warmth of California and I really don't like the cities of New York. :S

I don't like California weather. Its windy and humid one day, then rainy, then sunny, then back to windy :/. Well then again I live not that far way from the border D:. This girl from my AP classes that went to film school in New York City hated the weather over there. i'm thinking of going to Seattle after high school but meh everything happens in LA...imo D:

I'd say NYC. A girl from my class stayed in California for half a year and made a trip to NYC and she said that NY would be terrible, but I'd still like to go to New York. New York has got so many different sides for a town... But I think there are better cities in USA.
